Looking back at the season that passed, it was not our most successful regarding number of results. But the quality of those results were outstanding. In five out of six classics we managed to secure a podium. Of our eleven targets, we only missed podium in Essex Tour, Vuleta SC, Germany GT and Antwerpen-Huy. Leaving us with one of our most successful onedayrace campaigns ever. This topped up with a second in GC TvA, with only a two seconds gap up to first.
Even though Miron Tredyakovsky, currently ranked 2nd in the ridersranking, did most of the heavylifting with victory in Roubaix Classic, results in TvA, Astana and Antwerpen, four other riders showed great presence in the important races and brought home big results too.
Helio Alberqueque winning the WC ITT for the second time in a row, and fifth time for the team. Armando Silveira second in Bergen. Drew Pancoast second in Helsinki and Gulatier Diamico third in Norwich.
Together they made the season look as follow:
1. Roubaix Classic
1. WC ITT
2. Tveedaagse van Antwerpen GC
2. Bergen Rundtur
2. Astana GP
2. Helsinki GP
3. Norwich-London
7. Antwerpen-Huy
We will have a very hard time replicating this level of success, in the coming season. So that's what we will be dreaming of.
